Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Operations

Management - Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency 2. Team Leadership & Management - Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity
Conduct performance reviews and drive team development 3. Process & Quality Control - Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions 4. Cost & Inventory Management - Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses
Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control




Minimize wastage and improve efficiency 5.

Customer

Experience - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle escalations and improve service standards
Implement feedback-driven improvements 6. Reporting & Coordination - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations
Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion
Drive process improvements and operational strategies Requirements:
Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B; / hospitality industry
Solid leadership and team management skills
Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred
Valuable understanding of P&L;, cost control, and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred
