HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Full-Time | Bangalore

BrightChamps is looking for an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive people initiatives that foster performance, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and HR strategies.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
Support learning & development, growth opportunities, and manager coaching.
Assist with compensation planning, organizational changes, and HR operations.
Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve people processes.

Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in HR, HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
Experience in a high-growth startup or EdTech company is preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
