Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret project briefs and design concepts provided by the design head
Study project requirements in detail to fully understand scope, space, and design intent
Create 3D visuals that reflect the client’s taste, budget, and functional requirements, while ensuring practicality and feasibility
Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces, with an emphasis on lighting and material accuracy
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce visual content for client presentations
Revise 3D designs based on client and internal feedback to achieve final approvals
Ensure all models and designs are aligned with actual site measurements and are production-ready
Work in close coordination with design consultants, site engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure timely delivery of all visual assets as per project schedules
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail, especially in lighting, textures, and design aesthetics
Robust time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with materials, joinery, and modular furniture systems is an added advantage
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
Technical Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the following tools:
SketchUp
3ds Max
V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
AutoCAD
D5 Render / Lumion
Revit (BIM)
Adobe Photoshop
