Job Summary:

Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) programs. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for developing competent safety professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and practical training on HSE-related courses.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Conduct theory and practical sessions in accordance with course requirements.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students for certification exams and career development.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining training quality.
Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
Stay updated with the latest HSE standards, regulations, and industry best practices.




Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic activities.
Support examination processes, including invigilation and evaluation.
Perform other academic and training-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA, Diploma, etc.) are an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE training or the safety industry.
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms is preferred.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
