Position

Head EHS – Setting, Health & Safety Location Barbil Industry Steel / Power / Heavy Manufacturing Key Responsibilities - Drive complete EHS compliance across plant operations
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
Monitor environmental systems including ESP, Bag Filters, STP, ETP & CEMS
Lead safety implementation, audits, inspections & CAPA closure
Strengthen safety culture and workplace discipline
Drive housekeeping excellence and 5S implementation
Ensure contractor and shutdown safety compliance
Handle internal, external & statutory audit readiness
Lead incident investigation and preventive action tracking Ideal Candidate Profile - B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental)
Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred
15–18 years of experience in Steel / Power / Heavy Industry
Solid exposure to DRI & SMS operations preferred
Expertise in EHS systems, statutory compliance & audit management
Solid leadership, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills
