We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive - Voice Process. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via voice communication in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware.
Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
Robust understanding of computer systems and software applications.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
