Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist (Fresher) will work full time in office at our Bengaluru office, engaging with prospective clients to promote The Website Makers’ web design and development services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls or messages, qualifying leads, and understanding client requirements.

The role involves presenting service offerings, preparing basic proposals or quotations, coordinating with the delivery team, and maintaining accurate records in sales trackers or CRM tools. The specialist will also follow up with potential customers,



support online demos or consultations, and contribute to meeting team sales targets while learning best practices in digital services sales.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or IT solutions, with interest in web design, e-commerce, and online marketing concepts.
Sales aptitude, including willingness to make outbound calls, handle objections, and follow structured sales processes.
Good organizational and time-management skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email) and readiness to learn CRM or sales software.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service are encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
