We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and managing the complete hiring lifecycle. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS records.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Robust understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Node.js, Python, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Mobile Development.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
