Sourcing & Candidate Management
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and market networking.
Screen profiles and assess candidates based on role fitment, competencies, and organizational culture.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further assessment rounds.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Recruitment Operations
Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and external recruitment partners for critical hiring mandates.
