Promom is a venture-backed maternal and baby care brand backed by Fireside Ventures. We design and sell wearable breast pumps, sterilizers, bottle warmers and nursery products trusted by lakhs of moms across India, available on promom.in and on leading marketplaces.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business on promom.in. This is an end-to-end ownership role covering acquisition, conversion and retention, working closely with the founding team.

Key responsibilities
Own the performance of promom.in across traffic, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase
Plan and manage paid acquisition across Meta and Google to drive efficient, profitable growth
Lead creative strategy and testing for performance campaigns
Drive conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout
Build and manage retention programmes across email, WhatsApp and lifecycle marketing
Plan and execute promotions, offers and launch campaigns for recent products
Manage creator and brand collaborations that support acquisition
Track and report on key growth metrics,



including customer acquisition cost, contribution margin and lifetime value

What we are looking for
4 to 7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably at a D2C brand
Hands-on experience owning and managing a monthly paid media budget across Meta and Google
Strong analytical ability, with comfort working across ad platforms, Shopify and analytics tools
Understanding of unit economics, customer acquisition cost and contribution margin
Experience running conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing programmes
Ability to write clear creative briefs and work closely with design and content teams
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage workplace

Positive to have Experience in baby care, personal care, wellness or a similar considered-purchase category

Familiarity with retention tools and lifecycle marketing platforms

Exposure to marketplace channels alongside D2C
