Role Overview

We are looking for a agile HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role involves talent sourcing,



candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and building robust talent pipelines. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office, and ATS/HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
