Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT positions within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with sourcing strategies, job portals, and market trends across various IT skills and domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (permanent/contract) in the domestic market
Understand hiring requirements and source candidates accordingly
Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify talent
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal hiring teams
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers




Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
Ensure timely closures of positions within defined SLAs

Required Skills:
13 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
Positive knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline
MBA in HR is an added advantage
