The IT Security Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the security operations to protect the organization's digital assets and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive information. This role involves implementing and maintaining robust security measures, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standard.

Reporting: This role will be reporting to AVP IT Operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities
Identifying potential security risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including conducting regular security assessments and audits
Swiftly responding to security incidents and breaches, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to contain and resolve the issue
Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations




Working closely with multiple business entities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to information security
Conducting training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees about security best practices and the importance of protecting sensitive information
Continuously monitoring the organization's IT workplace for security threats and generating reports on security incidents and compliance status
Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to enhance the organization's security posture

Candidate should have experience on the following technologies and areas:
Privileged Access Management
Email Security Solution
SIEM
Host Intrusion Prevention
Network Access Control (NAC)
Micro segmentation
IPS/Firewalls
Preparing SOPs and Policies
Manage Audits for various regulators (SEBI, RBI, and IRDA)
Change Advisory Board
