We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities independently. Prior experience as a VA in the real estate sector is a solid plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize email inbox, calendar, and scheduling
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization
Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, or partners
Research tasks (market research, lead lists, property listings, vendor comparisons, etc.)
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Manage CRM entries and follow-ups
Assist with social media scheduling and basic content coordination (if applicable)
Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Real Estate–Specific Tasks (PREFERRED)
Listing coordination (MLS entries, updates, document collection)
Transaction coordination support (paperwork, deadlines, disclosures)
Lead follow-up and CRM management (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Chime)




Scheduling showings, inspections, and closings
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage time across time zones
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, qualified work setup

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a VA in the real estate industry (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with real estate CRMs and MLS systems
Experience with transaction coordination or listing management
Basic graphic design or Canva skills for marketing materials

Pay: ₹20,000.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
