Role & Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume recruitment for international BPO roles (customer service, technical support, back-office, etc.). Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring cultural and skill fit.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to promote roles and engage potential candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining explicit communication and promoting the companys brand.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year in bulk recruitment (preferably BPO or international process).
Education: Undergraduate degree required. MBA-HR freshers are eligible to apply.
Skills
Proficient with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in virtual and in-person interviews.
