JOB DETAILS: In-House Litigation Lawyer

We are looking to hire experienced and agile In-House Lawyers with solid litigation and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Appear before various courts and tribunals including:

High Courts (HC)

Supreme Court (SC)

Arbitration matters

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

Handle court appearances, filings, and litigation strategy.

Draft legal notices, petitions, replies, agreements, applications, and other legal documents.

Coordinate with senior counsels, advocates, and clients.

Manage ongoing litigation matters and ensure timely compliance.

Requirements

Solid litigation and court appearance experience.

Excellent drafting and legal research skills.

Ability to independently handle matters before courts and tribunals.

Good understanding of civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters.

Confidence in client handling and case management.

Preferred

Prior experience appearing before HC, SC, Arbitration forums, and NCLT.

Enrolment with Bar Council.

Immediate joiners preferred.
