Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Role/Job Summary:

In this rapidly evolving world, New Vision is always looking for current ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. Being a business analyst Intern and owning a module end to end with Product owners involves solutions, bugs triaging, and close interaction with Engineering and QA team members. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs.

Most importantly, you will be integral to helping us build better products that people [or businesses] love to use.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product.
Participate in scrum teams, support defining the product roadmap.
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends.
Responsible for understanding the software requirements and solutioning with the Vendor/Development team accordingly.
Responsible for all the activities assigned like change request analysis, production support tickets, etc.

Must-Have Skills:




Understanding of business value around features/functions
Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical, problem-solving skills, research skills
Robust business acumen and ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify and articulate results of the analysis in easy-to-understand business terms
Robust data manipulation reporting tool skills to be able to facilitate analytics and scenario modelling is a plus

Good-to-Have Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Requirement Analysis
Intermediate knowledge of writing business cases
Intermediate knowledge of Estimation
