Guest Care and Welcome Duties
Greet patients and visitors at the front desk with care.
Help with recent patient registration and basic admission forms.
Guide confused or elderly visitors to different hospital departments.
Answer phone calls and explicit up general questions about services.
Communication and Coordination
Connect patients and families with doctors, nurses, and billing staff.
Update families on patient movement or room changes.
Work with other departments to speed up service delivery.
Manage VIP or special guests visiting the facility.
Problem Solving and Feedback
Listen to patient complaints and fix issues quickly.
Calm upset family members with empathy and clear facts.
Collect daily feedback forms from discharged patients.
Write reports on common complaints to help improve hospital care
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
