Sourcing Candidates: Using job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events to find potential candidates LinkedIn.
Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Kaplan+1.
Coordination: Scheduling interviews with hiring teams and managing communication between candidates and managers taggd.in.
Onboarding and Training: Assisting with the onboarding process and sometimes training recent employees to ensure they can perform their roles effectively
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
