Position: Head- Training & Placement

Location: Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate organizations, recruiters, and industry partners.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement activities, and internship prospects for students.
Organize training programs on aptitude, soft skills, communication, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Identify and invite companies for campus hiring across various disciplines.
Assist students with career guidance, placement readiness, and career planning.
Maintain placement records, student databases, and generate placement reports.
Coordinate with academic departments to understand student competencies and industry requirements.
Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and career fairs.
Ensure smooth execution of placement drives from pre-placement talks to final selection.




Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for management.

Eligibility
Master's degree in Management, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline.
7–10 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Recruitment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills
Solid corporate networking and employer relationship management.
Knowledge of campus recruitment processes and placement strategies.
Ability to organize large-scale placement events and training programs.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
