Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Officer with mandatory Project Sales experience in the building materials industry. The candidate should have solid expertise in project sales, dealer/distributor management, and business development through architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Project Sales and Channel Sales within the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.




Achieve sales targets through primary, secondary, and retail sales.
Identify new projects and expand market presence.
Manage dealer relationships, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and implement market development initiatives.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Project Sales (Mandatory).
Experience in Tiles, Tile Adhesives, Building Materials, or Construction Materials is mandatory.
Robust dealer/distributor management and channel sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in collections, market development, and territory management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
