We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Com/M.Com Freshers to join our Finance Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in cash reconciliation and retail finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily reconciliation of store sales, cash collections, and bank deposits.
Verify cash register balances with sales reports and bank statements.
Track pending collections and coordinate with store and finance teams for timely closure.
Identify and report discrepancies in transactions.
Support daily and weekly reconciliation reports.
Ensure compliance with finance processes and documentation.
Freshers are welcome.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in Finance Operations.
