About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with client and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, references, etc.).
Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray, and Flip search to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Manage the interview process including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and support the team in meeting client expectations.
