Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to health-related queries from the public via calls, messages, or online platforms.
Provide accurate, explicit, and safe advice based on standard guidelines, protocols, and health resources.
Promote health awareness and government/public health programs to citizens.
Assist in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities related to health campaigns.
Maintain and update records of citizen interactions, queries, and feedback.
Escalate complex health queries to senior health professionals when necessary.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on recent health guidelines, public health initiatives, and communication strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Robust communication skills and ability to explain health information clearly.
Basic knowledge of public health programs, hygiene, and preventive care.
Customer-service orientation and empathy while handling queries.
Willingness to learn and follow standard health guidelines.
