Key Responsibilities
Handle US Collections accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage bankruptcy-related cases and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
Meet productivity, quality,



and compliance targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Collections with Bankruptcy Process
Excellent English communication skills.
Immediate joiners only.
