Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Healthcare Counsellor to guide patients through healthcare services, treatment plans, and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, coordinate appointments, support patient engagement, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients regarding healthcare services, treatment options, and wellness programs.
Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare solutions.
Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and health programs.
Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/Hospital Management Systems.
Explain treatment plans, packages, and payment options to patients.
Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.




Achieve patient conversion and follow-up targets.
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
1–4 years of experience in healthcare counselling, patient counselling, medical sales, or customer support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in healthcare may also apply.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Robust counselling and interpersonal skills.
Patient-centric approach.
Sales and conversion skills (preferred).
Customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
MS Office and CRM proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
