Responsibilities
Ensure Configuration of Critical development & Production servers & Regularly audits systems/services and equipment to ensure that optimum functionality is being provided.
Provides remote trouble shooting of systems for employees/customers.
Systems are installed to meet set deadlines.
Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning securely.
Apply security patches to infrastructure and endpoints.
Monitor network and server logs for anomalies.
Backup critical systems and verify restore processes.
Enforce antivirus, encryption, and endpoint protection policies.
