We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Department – Radiology to lead our Radiology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the department, overseeing radiology services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading a team of radiologists and technicians. You will play a key role in shaping the department's strategies, clinical practices, and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Radiology department
Supervise and mentor a team of radiologists, technicians, and support staff
Ensure the department adheres to clinical guidelines, protocols, and safety standards
Develop and implement policies for effective radiology services
Provide expertise in advanced diagnostic imaging techniques, including MRI, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound, and other modalities
Lead the implementation of current technology and radiology systems




Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care
Monitor departmental performance, review cases, and ensure high-quality diagnostics
Participate in departmental budgets, staffing decisions, and resource management
Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development for staff
Act as a liaison between the Radiology department and hospital administration

Requirements:
MD/DNB in Radiology
10+ years of experience in Radiology, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Solid knowledge of radiological imaging techniques and technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to implement and maintain clinical protocols and departmental standards
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience with radiology equipment and systems management
