Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and mechanical parts as per engineering drawings.
Perform rework and repair of defective PCBs.
Inspect solder joints using microscopes to ensure quality.
Carry out QFN package IC rework replacement.
Follow IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and ESD safety procedures.
Perform wiring and cable harnessing activities.
Conduct functional testing of assembled units.
Use soldering irons and other electronic assembly tools effectively.
