Location: Gota Role & Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and updating ATS records.

Onboard recent hires by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and facilitating welcome kits.

Support payroll and attendance tracking by maintaining accurate employee records and liaising with finance.

Administer HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and policy handbooks under supervision.





Coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives and office culture programs.

Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and statutory filings.
