High-Ticket Sales Closer (Inside Sales) – Short Sparks AI Filmmaking

We're looking for experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers to convert warm leads from our live AI Filmmaking Masterclasses into enrollments for our premium programs.

No cold calling. No lead generation.

Responsibilities
Call webinar/masterclass attendees.
Understand their goals and recommend the right program.
Handle objections and close enrollments.
Follow up with prospects until they enroll.
Update CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.

We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in high-ticket inside sales.
Experience selling online coaching, consulting, mentorship, or digital programs.
Proven success in converting webinar/masterclass leads.
Excellent English & Hindi communication.
Solid consultative selling and closing skills.





Preferred Experience Candidates who have worked with online coaching or knowledge businesses such as Mindvalley, Siddharth Rajsekar, Rajiv Talreja, Bada Business, GrowthSchool, GrowthX, Digital Deepak, or similar webinar-driven businesses are preferred.
