Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews with clients.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Learn end-to-end recruitment processes.
Assist senior recruiters in daily hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Fresh Graduates or Final Year Students (Any Stream)
MBA (HR) candidates will be preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills




Confident in speaking with candidates over phone calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership
Positive organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Positive attitude with a professional approach
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Candidates residing in or near West Delhi will be an added advantage
Must be available for a full-time, work-from-office internship in Vikaspuri, Current Delhi
