Qualification
BBA / MBA in Human Resources
3–5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory regulations

Job Summary The HR & Statutory Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.




Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes as per company policies.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain statutory registers and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies for statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HR best practices, and NABH requirements related to human resources.
