About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about building a workplace where employees thrive. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, drive HR strategy, and ensure every policy, process, and initiative is executed with precision and care.

What you'll be doing:
Manage end-to-end HR operations
Handle employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits
Process payroll accurately and on time
Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and labour laws
Drive Performance Management System — reviews and appraisals
Manage employee relations and resolve grievances
Design and implement HR policies
Conduct recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation




Design and run induction and onboarding programmes
Coordinate soft skills and behavioural training programmes
Maintain HR MIS and dashboards
Manage POSH compliance and Internal Committee responsibilities
Drive DEI and employee wellness initiatives
Support engagement, retention, and talent management
Partner with leadership on HR strategy

What we're looking for:
Solid knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labour laws
Experience running Performance Management Systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in HRMS and MS Office
