Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Business Automation Lead who can identify repetitive manual work across Finance, HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition and automate it using AI.

The primary focus will be on Finance, helping leadership access real-time insights instead of relying on manual Excel reports. The role will then expand automation initiatives across other business functions.

Role-We're looking for a hands-on lead who finds, prioritizes, and builds AI-driven automation across our support teams starting with Finance, then HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition. Since finance data touches the whole business, this role isn't boxed into one department you'll solve problems wherever they show up across the company.

Why This Role Exists
Our teams still rely heavily on manual work in Excel and Google Sheets, with duplicate data nobody fully owns.
Finance is excellent at accounting, but weak on real-time insight and automation — the deal desk needs a rebuild.
We need someone dedicated to closing this tech gap and helping teams actually use AI tools well.

The Core Skill You'll automate financial planning, reporting, and real-time insights — pulling live data straight from accounting systems and using AI to turn it into dashboards, instead of building reports by hand.



You don't need deep accounting expertise — just enough to understand the numbers and use AI to find what matters, fast.

What You'll Do
Identify manual and repetitive business processes that can be automated.
Build AI-powered workflows and automations across Finance, HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
Connect data from multiple systems to create a single source of truth.
Build real-time dashboards, reports, and alerts for leadership.
Use AI tools to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Work closely with business teams to drive AI adoption and ensure secure, reliable automation.
Evaluate new AI tools and measure their business impact, including time saved and process improvements.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in AI automation, business process automation, digital transformation, or operations.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Valuable understanding of Finance, FP&A;, MIS, or business operations.
Experience building dashboards, reports, and real-time insights.
Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for using AI to improve business productivity
