Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to hire quality candidates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview feedback and follow-up with candidates.
Manage offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Robust negotiation and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and team player.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment is an advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy or Corporate HR background are welcome.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentive
