Emversity is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Hospitality Trainer to train and mentor students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on hospitality concepts and industry practices.
Train students in Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service, Hotel Management, and Front Office Operations.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials.
Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training sessions.
Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality training, teaching, or the hotel industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Practical exposure to hotel operations.
Valuable understanding of Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service, Front Office, and Hospitality Operations.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
