Be actively involved in recruitment (Logistics) by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. - Experience in handling online paid portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc. - Positive in screening of candidates. - Positive Communication skills. - Experience in Hiring candidates for various IT profiles. - Must be good in conducting interviews and maintain regular employee activities. - Robust ethics and reliability.

Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on clients requirement.
Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.




Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
Taking feedback from client company after the interview done.
Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation.
Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side.
Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
