Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional men's grooming services, including haircuts, beard styling, hair treatments, and personalized grooming consultations while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform men's haircuts, hair styling, and beard grooming services
Provide shaving, trimming, and facial grooming services
Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming solutions based on client preferences
Perform hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin, and scalp care (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Promote salon services and retail grooming products
Stay updated with the latest men's grooming trends and techniques
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Skills Required:
Expertise in men's haircuts and beard styling




Knowledge of hair treatments and grooming techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Skilled grooming and presentation
Attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work in a fast-paced salon setting

Qualification & Experience:
Certification or Diploma in Hair Dressing, Barbering, or Cosmetology is preferred
2–5 years of experience in a men's salon, barber shop, or unisex salon

Preferred Experience:
Experience in premium men's salons, luxury barber shops, or grooming studios
Knowledge of contemporary haircut styles, beard trends, hair coloring, and scalp treatments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
