Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
Provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants and rehires).
Assist customers with navigation on the self-service portal.
Log and track customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security guidelines, and GDPR standards.
Make outbound calls whenever required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLA and quality targets.




Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Quick learner with good technical aptitude.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details
Rotational US Shifts.
Candidates must be versatile to work in any US time zone.
Rotational work week: Monday–Friday / Tuesday–Saturday / Wednesday–Sunday.
