Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure productive and high-quality software development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and design technical solutions using Java and related technologies.
Architect, design, and develop high-performance and scalable Java applications and services.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Java components with other software systems.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Identify and address technical risks and challenges in the Java development process.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing of Java applications for functionality, performance, and security.
Stay updated with the latest Java trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure productive project delivery.
Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for Java development within the organization.
Collaborate with the project management team to estimate effort, plan resources, and track progress of Java development activities.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, technical design, and architectural principles in Java development projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency across projects.
