We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and qualified networks.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Assess candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Location - Bhartiya City, Chokkanahalli, Bangalore Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
