About the Role

We're looking for a creative and proactive Junior Social Media Executive to join our team in Jaipur. If you're passionate about social media, love creating engaging content, and stay on top of digital trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Write engaging captions and coordinate with the design team to develop creatives.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Support content shoots and help with on-ground social media coverage when required.

Requirements




0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
