We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with hands-on experience in server management, cloud platforms, and hosting environments.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of both technical configurations and coordination with external server teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared web hosting environments.
Handle DNS propagation, domain configuration, and related troubleshooting.
Coordinate with server support teams, raise tickets for technical issues, and follow up until resolution.
Perform file and database migrations across platforms.
Manage FTP accounts, user access, and related configurations.
Work with AWS services and perform tasks such as instance setup, configuration, and monitoring.
Use SSH for server access, configuration,



and troubleshooting.
Ensure system security, backups, and proper documentation of IT processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in server administration and hosting management.
Solid knowledge of cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared hosting platforms
Proficiency in DNS management and troubleshooting.
Experience in file migration, database migration, and FTP configuration.
AWS knowledge, including EC2, S3, and related services.
Proficiency in using SSH for server management.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with external technical teams.
