Job Title: Junior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with valuable accounting knowledge may also apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar ERP systems.
Positive analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
