Maintenance Windows Installation, Formatting &
Driver Installation Software Installation and Configuration Printer Installation and Troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi Network Setup and Basic Networking Router and Switch Configuration (Basic) Customer Site Visit and Technical Support Hardware Upgrade (RAM, SSD, HDD, SMPS, Motherboard, etc.)



System Health Check and Preventive Maintenance Maintain Service Reports and Customer Visit Records Coordinate with the Office Team for Service Calls Required SkillsExcellent Hardware Troubleshooting Skills Basic Networking Knowledge Windows Operating System Installation &
Support Positive Communication Skills Problem-Solving Ability Customer Handling Skills Ability to Work Independently EligibilityMinimum 2 Years of Experience in IT Hardware Support Candidate must be based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. Two-Wheeler is Mandatory.
