Role Description The Lead Zero Trust Security Specialist is a full-time , on-site role based in Abroad . This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Zero Trust security architectures to protect systems, data, and processes supporting immigration and visa consulting operations.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing current security posture, conducting risk and threat analyses, defining access control policies, and implementing identity, device, and network segmentation strategies. The specialist will collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to align security controls with business objectives, ensure regulatory and data protection compliance, and oversee incident response and continuous monitoring. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, documenting security standards, and leading security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess security risks, interpret complex data, and support informed decision-making.
Finance and risk management skills to evaluate security investments, budget effectively, and understand cost–benefit trade-offs of security controls.




Communication and stakeholder management skills to explain security concepts clearly, build consensus, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with trust models and estate planning concepts, or related governance and policy frameworks, to design robust access, identity, and authorization structures.
Extensive experience with Zero Trust principles and architectures, including identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication, micro-segmentation, and continuous verification.
Hands-on expertise in network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and data protection tools and practices.
Proven background in designing and operating security programs in regulated or data-sensitive settings; experience in consulting or skilled services is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or relevant Zero Trust certifications are preferred.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work in office in Bengaluru with a high level of integrity and accountability.
