Key Responsibilities
Lead the national sales and business development strategy for LT, HT & MV power cables.
Drive business growth across Utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, Renewable Energy, Railways, Infrastructure and Industrial segments.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, government agencies and channel partners.
Develop market penetration strategies, identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Lead tendering, commercial negotiations and strategic key account management.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Ideal Candidate
1825 years of experience in sales and business development within the electrical or power infrastructure sector.
Robust exposure to Power Cables, Conductors,



Switchgear, Transformers, Electrical Equipment or other utility-focused products.
Established relationships with DISCOMs, Power Utilities, EPC contractors and key industrial customers.
Proven track record of managing large revenue portfolios and driving business growth.
Experience leading national sales teams and developing strategic market expansion initiatives.
