Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
Build high-performing frontend applications using React.js or similar modern JS frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team.
Work closely with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
Robust frontend development skills with React.js (preferred)



or Angular, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:
Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.
