We are building the streaming backbone for a next-generation AdTech platform that will process billions of real-time events every day.

This is not a managed-services role. You will design, deploy, tune and operate a self-managed streaming platform on dedicated bare-metal infrastructure.

What You Will Own
Deploy, configure and administer self-managed Apache Kafka clusters.
Deploy and operate Apache Flink for real-time stream processing.
Build and manage Kubernetes infrastructure for streaming workloads.
Install, configure and tune ClickHouse, MongoDB and Redis clusters.
Configure Kafka topics, partitions, replication, retention and security.
Benchmark and optimize throughput, latency and scalability—performance engineering is a core part of the role.
Own production operations, including broker failures, consumer lag, partition rebalancing, upgrades,



disaster recovery and capacity planning.
Build monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana.

What You Need
2+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka production experience
Installed, configured and operated Kafka clusters.
Not just developing producers and consumers.
Solid Linux administration skills.
Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
Positive networking fundamentals.
Bash or Python scripting.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and their trade-offs.
